About me

Carney Malone resides in a circle of of Hell Dante neglected to visit. He lives in a decrepit house in a boring town in the depressing Hudson Valley. He started to take his photography seriously in 2010. His favorite artists are Salvatore Dali, Henry Darger, Marcel Duchamp, Rene Magritte, Don Martin and Bruno Schultz. His favorite photographers are Albert Arthur Allen, William Cheney Johnston, Robert Mapplethorpe, Helmut Newton and Man Ray. He agrees with the late Michael Crichton who described photography as a "... shifty business for people who lack the capital to embark on a more prestigious livelihood."
